Firefighters cut motorist free after two-car collision in Childer Thornton

FIREFIGHTERS had to cut a motorist from their car following a collision in Childer Thornton.
The collision, involving two saloon vehicles, happened on Welsh Road at 2.14pm on Thursday (January 26).
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews removed the roof of one vehicle to extricate a casualty who was then handed over to an ambulance crew.”
