The 16-year-old victim, from Blacon, was riding the silver mountain bike along Newton Lane Bridge at 11.15pm on Wednesday, January 25.

The male offender is described by police as wearing dark hooded clothing. Although not seriously injured, the victim was left shaken by the incident.
