A MAN charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm on a man outside a Mold pub has been banned from entering Flintshire.
Richard James Davies, 30, of Hillsview, Buckley, is charged with inflicting GBH on a man in Mold High Street, outside the Griffin , on Sunday evening.
Flintshire Magistrates Court at Mold heard how the complainant suffered a fractured right cheek and other injuries after allegedly being struck a number of times to the face.
Davies, who appeared in court from custody, gave no indication of his plea and was bailed for six weeks for committal proceedings to take place.
Defending solicitor Huw Roberts said that a bail supported address had been found for him outside the area.
