POLICE have released a CCTV image of some of the last known movements of a missing Willaston pensioner.
David Hannam, 80, who has not been seen since Thursday November 22, was reported missing by his family on Sunday.
It is extremely out of character for the elderly man, who lives in Neston Road to go missing, and police are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety.
Mr Hannam is described as 5' 10" tall, of stocky build with thin balding grey hair, and bushy grey eyebrows.
He was captured on CCTV at a newsagents in Neston Road at 7.42am on Saturday morning.
“We are continuing with our extensive enquiries to trace David and have released this CCTV image as it is likely he is wearing the clothes featured in the image.
“We are concerned for his welfare and have been using our own specialist teams as well as Cheshire Lowland Rescue in an effort to locate him.
“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen David or someone matching his description to come forward.
“We are also appealing for David himself to make contact with us and let us know he is ok,” he added.
Anyone with any information is urged to call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 414 of November 25.
