RAILWAY cops have launched a fresh appeal and released an image of a man they want to speak to after a 14-year-old girl was flashed at on a Runcorn train.
British Transport Police (BTP) officers said a rail passenger indecently exposed himself on the Stafford-Liverpool Lime Street service which stops at Runcorn Station.
A BTP spokesman said the teenager was sitting next to the alleged offender on the train at about 9pm on Wednesday, April 4.
Residents who recognise the face or have any information about the incident should call British Transport Police on 0800 405 040.
