DOZENS of elderly residents from a Widnes care home enjoyed a Come Dine With Me style dinner party at a new care home in Liverpool last week.
A group of 20 residents from Widnes Hall in Ditton travelled to newly-opened Hurst Park Court in Huyton for a three course meal and entertainment.
Guests were treated to an impressive menu, created and served by chefs Debbie Cooper and Julie Edwards.
Entertainment was provided by 17-year-old singer Ian Murphy.
Widnes Hall home manager Jennie Wright said: “I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Hurst Park Court who worked so hard and hosted a great afternoon.
