Doris Stafford of Runcorn says she will put £250 won in Halton Housing Trust draw towards 90th birthday bash

A RUNCORN woman has won £250 and will put the winnings towards her 90th birthday party. Doris Stafford, 89, won the money by entering a prize draw organised by Halton Housing Trust. The Trust held the draw to launch its customer incentive scheme Choices which offers customers access to various schemes and incentives such as decoration allowance, assisted gardening, cheaper content insurance and a draw for a clear rent account to name a few. Doris, of Coronation Road, Runcorn, said: “I have never won anything like this before and I’m going to put the money towards a party for my 90th.”
