AN ELLESMERE Port man has been charged with causing death by careless driving following an accident at Connah’s Quay in Flintshire last summer.
The case against Jeffrey Cull, 41, of Woodchurch Lane was listed at Flintshire magistrates’ court at Mold today (Thursday).
But it had been adjourned administratively to appear at Wrexham magistrates court tomorrow (Friday).
Cull has denied causing the death of Ronald Thomas Hogg by driving a Vauxhall Vectra without due care and attention in Thornfield Avenue, Connah’s Quay, on June 3 last year.
