A SMALL awards scheme for projects that positively deal with equality and diversity matters is to continue in Shropshire.
Grants of up to £1,000 are available for community groups and local voluntary organisations across Shropshire to use on training, festivals and events, promotion and capacity-building and volunteering activities.
Previously, the fund has contributed to a range of schemes, covering the themes of race, gender, rurality, disability and culture.
The next deadline for applications is October 10. The application form is simple to complete and decisions are usually made within just two weeks of the deadline.
