A TEENAGE boy is alleged to have committed an indecent act in front of young girls over the internet.
The boy, 16 at the time, faces four charges in relation to his use of online communications system Skype.
Flintshire Magistrates Court at Mold was told today (Thursday) there were three complainants, all aged 12.
The boy, from the Holywell area, denied all four charges and he was bailed pending a trial in November. Judge Andrew Shaw said he must have no contact with the girls in the meantime.
The defendant, now 17, is also banned from using any social networking system from his mobile phone or computer. He cannot be identified for legal reasons.
