THE Environment Agency has warned residents in Ellesmere Port their properties could flood after the downpours today (Monday).
A flood warning, meaning flooding is expected and immediate action is needed, was issued this afternoon for roads around Rivacre Brook, Great Sutton which could affect 52 homes.
They include properties on Farmers Heath Road, Spinney Drive, Ascot Drive and Chase Way as well as some properties on Regal Close and Oliver Lane could be affected.
In Marchweil Close off Cambridge Road in Ellesmere Port there are six homes under water.
