A CLASSICAL music extravaganza will take place in Flint this weekend and residents are invited to join in the celebration.
Flint Town Council will present Last Night of the Proms on Saturday (September 15) at Gwynedd Primary School at 7.30pm.
The performance will feature the Cambrian Philharmonic Orchestra who will perform popular musical compositions including Land of Hope and Glory.
Tickets for the performance are available on the door for £5 adults and £3 concessions.
Flint Town Council leader Cllr Ian Roberts said: “We are asking the people of Flint to come along and support this event. If you’ve never heard a full orchestra play live you are in for a treat.”
