A LIFEBOAT crew was sent out after police were told a boat was adrift in the River Dee in Flintshire.
Liverpool Coastguard requested the assistance of Flint RNLI volunteers following the report to North Wales Police from the Saltney Ferry area yesterday (Wednesday).
The lifeboat launched at 11.10am and located the unoccupied vessel at noon.
