Man found dead in Castlefields, Runcorn

A MAN has been found dead in Runcorn. A resident alerted police to the discovery at 8.27am today. The man was found in woods near the busway in Castlefields. A Cheshire police spokeswoman said: “Formal identification of the man, believed to be in his 40s, has not yet taken place. “There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances regarding the incident. Story continues ADVERTISEMENT “A file will be prepared for HM Coroner.”
