A Cheshire Constabulary spokeswoman said: “Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are urging anyone who witnessed what happened, or was in the area at the time and has seen anything significant, to get in touch.”
Officers arrested and bailed a 22-year-old man in connection with the incident pending enquiries.
