Motorcyclist dies after crash in Manor Park, Runcorn

A MOTORCYCLIST died after a collision with a car in Runcorn. Police said the crash happened near the junction of Warrington Road and Domino Court in Manor Park at about 10.50pm on Sunday. Jack Bellis, 19, a motorcyclist from Warrington, was taken to Aintree Hospital with head injuries. He died yesterday afternoon. Witnesses are urged to come forward. Story continues ADVERTISEMENT A Cheshire Constabulary spokeswoman said: “Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and are urging anyone who witnessed what happened, or was in the area at the time and has seen anything significant, to get in touch.” Officers arrested and bailed a 22-year-old man in connection with the incident pending enquiries. Anyone with any information should call Cheshire police on 101 quoting incident number 945 on October 14 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
