She estimates that three-quarters of the incidents took place during school time and the rest outside the school gates.
Mrs Terry said: 'Simon is determined to go to school - it was me who didn't want him to go back.
'This bullying is draining us. After he has been bullied, Simon has started having panic attacks, his heartbeat becomes irregular and he feels like he can't breathe and he can become hysterical. He has become epileptic and he doesn't know when the attacks are going to come.
'I don't want him to take an overdose and become another bullying statistic.'
A school spokesman said: 'We are aware of an incident involving two Bankfield students which occurred last Monday after school hours and outside the school grounds.
'It was witnessed by two members of our staff travelling home who stopped their car and took Simon Terry home.
