Take That star and former Cuddington resident Gary Barlow is probably too busy to have booked seats yet but a new musical coming to Manchester next week is bound to appeal to fans.
Never Forget, which opens at the Opera House on August 21 for two weeks, features all the band’s hit songs in a feel good comedy about love, friendship, ambition and betrayal.
The show is set in Manchester and follows the fortunes of a group of mates who perform in the unlikeliest of all Take That tribute bands.
As they pursue their dreams the band members discover that pretending to be someone else can sometimes help you find out who you really are.
All of Take That’s most memorable songs are there including the Number One smashes Relight My Fire, Pray, Back For Good, Babe and of course, Never Forget.
The show stars Dean Chisnall whose previous credits include Andrew Lloyd Webber's latest musical The Woman In White and has been written by Danny Brocklehurst, with additional material by Guy Jones and Ed Curtis.
Danny has written for some of the most successful TV shows of recent years including BAFTA winners Shameless and Clocking Off. He also created the recent BBC hit series Sorted and co wrote the comedy Linda Green.
Never Forget is at the Opera House from August 21-September 1. Tickets from £10 to £35. Telephone Ticketmaster on 0870 401 9000.
