THE 2008 National Gardens Scheme for Cheshire and Wirral has published its yellow catalogue and is hoping for an influx of visitors during the Cheshire Year of Gardens.
Everyone who visits the gardens will be raising money for Marie Curie, Macmillan Cancer Support, Help the Hospices, Crossroads for Carers, Perennial and other national nursing and gardening charities. In 2007, Cheshire and Wirral raised a record £105,386 (£98,800 in 2006).
